Command-Line Interface in Developer Settings grayed out

Hello, I would like to integrate the 1Password app with the console CLI, but the Setting > Developer > Command-Line Interface Option is grayed out: Any suggestions? Thanks in advance. ...

There is no issue. First I need to go to Security and check the "unlock using system authentication service". Then in Developer setting it will be enabled to select.
