Could it be possible to exclude website addresses from the search scope ?

Hi, this is a very very minor issue, but I was wondering if it could be possible to limit the scope of the search to certain items ? More specifically, I would like 1password not to look for my query inside the website addresses.
As an example, if I search for an item with "home" in the title, it's going to show me a bunch of unrelated items with "home" in the URL, because of websites have a www.fakename.com/home as their welcome pages addresses.
