Date format in Mac OS 15

The date of birth in a driver's license is in US format (MM/DD/YYYY). This is in a vault I made for my wife. In my personal vault the DOB is in the correct system format (DD/MM/YYYY) which was added ...

I'm sorry that you're seeing the wrong date format, 1Password should use the date format set for macOS itself. Can you post a screenshot of your macOS region and language settings so that I can see if you might be running into a known issue. You can find the settings here:

  1. Click on the  in the menu bar and then click System Settings.
  2. Click General.
  3. Click Language & Region.
