Error recovering deleted entries. (1Password 8 / Family Membership)

How does one recover deleted entries in the 1PW 8 APP on Windows?? This shouldn't be this difficult! I am getting this error:

It should be noted the error pops up when double clicking on any file in Windows version of 1PW 8
