Error: "Unable to save item." when saving a new password in the browser

Whenever I try to save a new password in 1Password I get "Unable to save item" with no explanation of why! Attached are 2 samples. 1Password Version: Not Provided Extension Version: Not Pro...

Could let us know if message is appearing in the 1Password 8 for Windows app or in 1Password in the browser?
