Exchange Admin Center (EAC): "Your request couldn't be completed. Please try again in a few minutes"

When accessing the Exchange Administration Center, a error pops up saying "error Your request couldn't be completed. Please try again in a few minutes." with a 500 error, I googled the error a came...

1Password isn't the only product affected by this issue. LastPass is also affected. I'm on Exchange 2019 CU14. It may be the April Hotfix Update that has caused it, I'm not sure.
