Extension does not offer to create masked email and/or password

When trying to create login item on https://www.mcdonaldsapps.com/en-GB/account the extension does not offer to create a masked email or a password. Is this because it's not an actual registration page but rather a login page?
Background:
To be able to use the app, you need to create an account, which is only possible in the McD app. I wanted to create a login item on the above mentioned site and use it to register in the app )by copying&pasting inside the app) and later be able to login on the web site and already have the right URL in the login item, instead of later having to add this manually.
Might be an edge case but that's how I came to report/ask here :)
