@abhijeetsingh Since you mentioned updating your iOS versions, could you follow the steps in this guide to make sure Touch ID is properly configured on your devices: Use Touch ID to unlock 1Password on your iPhone or iPad
If those steps didn't help we'll be happy to take a closer look for you. Please take a screenshot of what you see when you are unable to unlock 1Password for Safari with Touch ID or Face ID as well as any error messages you might be seeing. I'd also like to ask you to create a diagnostics report from your iOS device by following this guide: How to send a 1Password diagnostics report
