feature request: Set expiry alarm via 1password cli

Thank you for the feedback! While I can't make any promises, I've passed along your request to add expiry alert functionality to the CLI to our product team who will consider adding this feature to future versions of 1Password. 

For the time being, you can set an expiry alert using the 1Password app on any date field.
