Feature requested : Watermarks on document
To prevent identity theft, a Document item lets you download the original document or add a watermark to the document.
Thank you

Hello lenthib8! 👋
Welcome to the community! Can you tell me a little more about your feature request? On what kind of files would you like the watermark to be applied to? Just images?
Can you also tell me what you're hoping to protect against? Only you can ever access your Document items because only you have access to your 1Password account. What kind of identity theft attack are you trying to protect against?

Hello 1P_Dave ,
Sometimes you will need to provide documents such as ID, proof of address, a bill, etc...In France, you can open a bank account with a photocopy of your ID and proof of address, take the money from the authorised overdraft and leave the real owner of the ID to deal with the law...
And this type of proof is often required by various authorities, such as home owners, subscriptions, etc...
It's already possible to store this type of document in 1Password.
The idea here would be, when downloading a file from 1Password (images or pdf), to be able to apply a watermark directly to the document (with free text to indicate the date, the recipient of the document and the reason, for example).
This way, the document cannot be misappropriated in the event of a security breach, malicious intent or if my landlord loses his USB key with my documents on it... ;-)- 1P_Dave

Thank you for the clarification! While I can't make any promises, I've filed a feature request on your behalf to have the team consider adding such watermark functionality in the future.
