The person that you tagged is another customer. I took a look at the internal work item open for the issue and I don't see any updates to share, it's still open in our developer's backlog to look into.

For the time being, as a workaround, you can dismiss the basic authentication prompt by pressing esc and then reloading the page. I'm sorry for the inconvenience.
