Homepage promo not applying at checkout: Support Ticket submitted Monday, no response in 4 days
Hello, I signed up for a new 1Password account this week from the promo link on the homepage. During signup I selected "add payment details later" which I think caused me to exit the promotional checkout flow, and now the discount isn't showing when I go to upgrade.
I submitted a support ticket Monday the 13th and followed up via email today (Thursday) with no response yet. Not too frustrated yet, just want to get this resolved so I can subscribe to the family plan and get the pricing I saw during signup.
A ticket is already open so I'm not looking to open a new one, just hoping to see some movement as it's been 4 business days. Thanks!
