9 months agoHello, jimmyjayp. Thank you for reaching out. I'm sorry for the trouble. You can turn off the Save login prompt in the 1Password extension settings. Here's how:
- Open your browser. Right-click the 1Password icon in your browser's toolbar and select Settings.
- In the Autofill & save section, toggle off the Offer to save logins option.
I hope that helps.

I want the same thing I think the original poster is asking for: I want to turn "Offer to fill and save passwords" off, but leave "Show autofill suggestions when a form field is in focus" turned on. And I know I can turn off the "offer to fill" option -- the problem is that when I do that, it automatically also turns off the "show autofill suggestions" option. I want 1Password to suggest credentials I've already saved, without constantly nagging me to save other ones. Is that possible?

This is EXACTLY my biggest frustration and getting no help with it. The autofill usually does nothing and then it pops up while I am manually inputting the login, getting in the way, asking to save. Some sites have 3 saved logins.

I may have answered my own question. I failed to recognize the fact that "Offer to save and fill logins and other items" is one setting, and there's a different setting labeled "Offer to save logins".
