How deactivate auto connect once the username/password is enabled?

Hello,

Since the last update once I select the username/password in the login box (with the Brave extension), 1Password automatically proceeds and try to connect to the account/website.

The issue is that this feature causes several problems with many websites. It simply does not work with Gmail when trying to connect.
Now I need to do everything manually to prevent to launch the connexion once the login boxes are filled.

How to deactivate this feature?

    Thank you for your reply. On behalf of Dave, you're welcome. I've done some testing on Gmail but haven't been able to recreate the same issue. May I ask if the page is in a different language?

    I totally missed that settings where also available in the extension.

    I'm sorry that the autosubmit feature is stopping you from signing in. You can turn off autosubmit by following these steps:

    1. Open your browser.
    2. Right-click on the 1Password icon in your browser's toolbar and click Settings.
    3. Click Autosave & fill.
    4. Turn off "Sign in automatically after autofill".

    Are you able to tell me the address of the websites where you ran into this issue and post a screenshot of the error message that you see on that website? I can report the issue to our development team.
