I'm sorry that you're encountering trouble filling your Salesforce one-time password. In order to best assist you, can you grab the page structure for the page where you're unable to autofill the OTP and attach that file to an email message addressed to support+forum@1password.com with a link to this thread? Here's how you can grab the page structure:

  1. Navigate to the webpage you're trying to fill on.
  2. Right-click in the field you're encountering the problem in, then select 1Password- Password Manager > Help > Collect Page Structure.
  3. This should download a file ending with ".json". Please attach this file to the email.

After sending the email, you’ll receive a reply from BitBot, our friendly robot assistant with a Support ID that looks something like [#ABC-12345-678]. Post that here, and I’ll be able to locate your message and make sure it’s gotten to the right place.
