I need help. Apparently my sign in doesn't like my password, I need to reset. Can't sign in

I updated my mac monterey os 1password program to 7.9.5. My email, my key, and password has not changed. Help me get past this. I run into this everytime I am asked to sign into mypassword as in this case in order to allow my safari extension to work
