In Safari, save to 1Password just keeps spinning

I am in Safari and have registered a for a new website and wish to save the login info to 1Password. When I press the "save to 1Password" the wheel just keeps spinning. What do I need to do to addr...

I do not see numbers 2 and 3 in Settings, General as you mentioned.
