Key Repeat Not Working with Arrow Keys for Keyboard Navigation

When using Up ↑ or Down ↓ Arrow Keys to navigate between the items in a vault, Key Repeat doesn't work. Click any item in a vault → The item is selected PRESS (once) an Up ↑ or Down ↓ ...

It was quite clear. I appreciate the level of detail. 😊 We were able to determine that this was working in the 8.7.3 stable release, and was broken sometime between that and now. I'm hoping it'll be a quick fix, especially considering it was working previously. 👍️
