I'm sorry for the delay in replying. This should now be resolved in the latest versions of 1Password for Linux:
We’ve fixed an issue where the system tray icon would disappear when using a beta or nightly release of the app.
If you're still seeing the issue when running 8.11.18-34 (beta) or later then let me know.

It's been all fixed on my end with the latest betas so we are all good.
