"Linking to other items" search input doesn't work in Simplified Chinese

Steps:
1. click "linking to other items", a dialog window prompts;
2. the window height changes symmetrically while I'm tying in the search input, which makes it impossible to type any Chinese Simplified words.

Suggestion:
1. As being centered, this dialog window should be sticky to the top/bottom so that typing Chinese Simplified words becomes possible.

    I'll talk to the designers, but with their approval I'll change related items to maintain its size like move item does.

    I have only one vault, so it's an empty list in Move Item popup window. The window height doesn't change at all while I type. It seems the window height is fixed and it's dissimilar with the Relate Items popup window.

    For Relate Items, the list in the popup contains hundreds of rows and the height of the window changes simultaneously while I type, which breaks zh-CHS input.

    Hi, Definee. Could you test whether the Move Item dialog works for you? I believe that it behaves according to your suggestion.

    Move Item and Relate Items are supposed to work the same way, but we broke that recently and I hadn't gotten back to fixing it. I just want to know for sure that Move Item works right for you.
