Logging out of Chrome session

Recently I am having the issue that I get (randomly) logged out of my Chrome 1PW session. Afterwards, it has my account name (probably in a cookie) but it requires me to reauthenticate with the maste...

Hi Dave,

This was the Chrome extension on my work device. Checked with security and they’re not blocking 1PW. I don’t have the desktop app installed. I was logged out of the extension and required to re-login.  I haven’t cleared cache or history in Chrome (nor an extension that does so). It seemed like a random snap where I was logged out.

Thank you for confirming that the issue occurred with 1Password's browser extension for Chrome. The next time that the issue occurs, I'd like to ask you to create a diagnostics report from 1Password in your browser:

Send a diagnostics report (browser extension)

Attach the diagnostics to an email message addressed to support@1password.com
