Logins Missing...?

I have no idea what is happening.

Yesterday, I noticed that one of the Logins I created when I first migrated from LastPass had gone missing. This was especially problematic because it was the login to a system where I am the lead technical system admin. I was able to coach someone else into a full user reset, but not ideal.

Then today, I have noticed three other Logins that have gone missing. Not everything is gone, just sportically here & there. And it's not specific to a single instance of my account. It's across the board (Mac app, Chrome plug-in, iOS app, web app). They aren't in my deleted or archived list either.

The only notable thing I have done recently is add a new member to my account, but I am the owner & admin, so I can't see how adding a member would cause entries to disappear.

Someone, please -- I'm panicking!!!
