Hello adam1991,

Since we no longer release new updates for the classic extension, please consider trying the new 1Password, and it should fill correctly for you.

  1. Right-click the 1Password classic extension icon "Remove from Microsoft Edge" > Go here to install the latest 1Password for the browser.

  2. Go here to upgrade the 1Password desktop app to version 8.

  3. Give your computer a restart to ensure no pending process prevents 1Password from connecting with the browser, and try 1Password to fill in your website.
