Mac OS Safari 1PW extension installed but not listed

Hi, I can open 1PW extension from App Store, get pop up window to Open Safari preferences and start using the 1PW extension. Yet, if I go there, no 1PW extension is listed to select. Also, on you...

Hello, Fairgame. Thank you for reaching out. I'm sorry about the problem you encountered. Can you try the following steps and let me know if they help?

  1. Open and unlock the 1Password desktop app.
  2. In the macOS menu bar, click Help > Troubleshooting and then select Fix Missing Safari Extension.

After that, right-click Safari on the dock and select Quit, then open Safari and check if the 1Password extension icon is there.
