MacOS Chrome Extension stops having any entries

I'm sorry that 1Password in the browser isn't opening correctly. The next time that the issue occurs I'd like to ask you to send in both a screenshot and a console log that is generated while the issue is occurring:
Attach the file to an email message addressed to support+forum@1password.com.
With your email please include:

- Your forum username: somewhereover
- A screenshot of the issue.
