Make search bar and results full width / wider

It would be nice if the search bar, or at least the search results were wider so more text could be shown. Currently the search bar has a fixed width and if the item names are longer, the email assoc...

Hi khaosspawn, no word on this yet, but the search function is a general focus of improvement. We'll make sure to announce the updates as they come!
