Migrating from OneSafe (osbx file)

Are there any options to migrate data from OneSafe to 1Password? OneSafe does not have any options for export, except OSBX format. 1Password Version: 7.7.7 Extension Version: Not Provided ...

As I understand, the Desktop app is only available on Mac. Will try to find Mac to test csv export. Thanks.
