Mistakenly Imported 2 CSV files - can I start over?

I loaded 1Password on my Pixel 6Pro yesterday, then signed in on my computer Chrome browser today and installed the 1Password extension. I then exported and imported passwords from BOTH Lastpass & Google thinking they'd overwrite. Instead I've got LOTS of duplicates. Can I just start over? ... please?
