Multiple "username" fields in a browser form

My local city eBill website has a form that has two fields that identify the user. An account number (field_account) field, and an occupant (field_occupant) field. 1Password currently fills in the "username" property into both fields, and I have to manually go to the occupant field and change that to the actual correct value.

I'm wondering if there is any way to tell 1Password that there are two different "username" fields, and (ideally) which one to use for which field on the form. There are places to have other information stored in the 1Password item, but there doesn't seem to be a way to extend the "username/password" section to account for an additional unique field that needs to be entered.

Everything else seems to work fine.

Note that this is not browser or version specific. It's been a problem for years, but I'm finally at the point where I wanted to raise the question to see if it was something fixable (or maybe I'm missing something obvious and it's just that I saved the item years ago in a different 1Password version). I did try archiving the item I have now and recreating it, but it still seems to only have a single field for username and a single field for password.

1Password Version: 8.9.0
Extension Version: 2.3.7
OS Version: macOS 12.5
Browser:_ Safari

I have done some testing and found I was able to get 1Password to save and fill both of those username fields using the steps below:

    1. Go to the sign in form on your eBill website and input your details, do not hit Enter or sign in.
    2. Right click the 1Password icon in your browser toolbar and choose Save Login.
    3. Give it a title and click Save.
    4. Now refresh the page and see if you are able to fill all 3 fields with this new item.

    I hope this helps!
