my icon is locked

Hi, my icon is grey and i cant access my passwords anymore. I have deleted the addon from firefox and have installed the password extension again. But on my desktop computer it is not working anymore. With myiphone i can access my passwords. Can you please help me?

    Hi @AdrianGraf, sorry to hear that you're having issues with 1Password on your desktop. Could you let me know what kind of computer you're using? What version of 1Password do you have? Does the app respond at all? Do you get any error messages?
