I'm sorry that you're still seeing the issue after turning off 1Password for Safari. Just to confirm, did you follow these steps:

  1. Open the Settings app on your iOS device.
  2. Tap Apps.
  3. Tap Safari.
  4. Tap Extensions.
  5. Tap 1Password.
  6. Turn off "Allow Extension".

Open Safari and make sure that you close all open tabs. Then fully close Safari on iOS and re-open Safari. If you still see the same issue then can you post a screenshot of what you see?
