not able to fill email address on websites

When website ask for email 1Password does not fill it. I get "NO ITEMS TO FILL", I have emails setup in both Identities and email accounts.

Could you let me know what website you're seeing this on?

Also what is the criteria 1Password to fill login in APPS on both macOS, IOS, and iPadOS, works on some but not all.

Could you provide some info on the apps and devices that you're unable to fill with? What steps are you taking and what unexpected behavior do you see?
