Thanks for the reply. Can you update 1Password for Windows (the desktop app, not the browser extension) to 8.10.45: How to keep 1Password up to date

If you don't have it installed then you can get it here: Get the 1Password apps

After installing/updating, let me know if still see the issue on Chase.com.
