Not filling on Chase.com

2 years agoI'm sorry for the confusion. I'm asking you to make sure that you have the desktop app installed. The desktop app is separate from the browser extension.
There is currently an issue with filling on certain websites that affects users who are only using the browser extension. If you install the desktop app as well, so that you have both the desktop app and the browser extension installed, you might be able to workaround the issue:
- Download and install the 1Password for Windows desktop app: https://1password.com/downloads/windows
- Open and unlock the 1Password for Windows desktop app.
- Click your account or collection at the top of the sidebar and click Settings.
- Click Browsers.
- Make sure that "Connect with 1Password in the browser" is turned on.
- Restart your Windows PC.
Then try to fill into chase.com again.
