OS X 12.3 breaks 1Password extension?

After upgrading my Intel MacBook Pro to OS X 12.3, I can no longer use the 1Password extension in any of my browsers. In Firefox, the icon for the extension in the toolbar simply blinks on and off...

Thanks for asking, and I'd be happy to get you up and running again. If you restart the 1Password Extension Helper via Help > Troubleshooting, does that improve your state of play? Let me know!
