Overlay is not recognizing sites properly

I have only two vaults, one shared and one personal vault. Both vaults are checked in the settings.

Thanks for confirming. When this occurs, if you reload the page, does that change the result any? Also is it possible that you now have two copies of the 1Password extension installed in your browser?
