Passkey dependency on phone

11 months agoThanks for clarifying. While you can use your phone to sign in to a website using a passkey that you've saved in 1Password, you can also sign in using 1Password on your desktop. To sign in to a website using a passkey saved in 1Password, you'll unlock 1Password using the same method that you currently use to unlock 1Password on your desktop when filling a saved password. That might mean biometrics but it can also mean using your account password if you don't use biometrics on your desktop.
