Hello jerickson721! 👋

I'm sorry that you're unable to use a saved passkey to sign into ID.me. It's odd that a passkey saved in either Apple Passwords or 1Password isn't working until you enable both services at the same time. So that I can better understand the situation can you tell me the following:

  1. When only 1Password is enabled, can you tell me what happens when you try to use a passkey saved in 1Password to sign into ID.me? Can you post a screenshot of what you see?
  2. Does ID.me support saving passkeys for sign in? Or only for multi-factor authentication after you enter your password?
  3. Can you reproduce the issue in another browser like Chrome or Firefox?
