Please, please, could you separate these options?

I have a couple of suggestions that might make this process less painful:

1. Disable "Offer to save logins" under Settings > Autofill & save > Autosave.
2. If each environment has a distinct hostname, you can set each login item to only suggest itself on that specific host. To do this, open the item in edit mode, click the autofill behaviour option right of the website field, and select "Only fill on this exact host". This may cut down the number of accounts shown when you're logging in to any given environment.
