Please tell me how I can stop the "Save to 1Password" popup on every single field

Please can someone help me before I uninstall this extension; this is driving me mad: I've un-ticked the option I thought stops this: How can I stop this popup from appearing - I don't ever...

I'm not entirely sure, but if you read correctly in your screenshot, it seems all but the option you deselected could be the correct one. They "offer to save", meaning they'll pop up with a "Save in 1Password" overlay. How about un-ticking one of those (or all) options and trying again?

    Thank you, Michael - have tried that to no avail, sadly.

    Still broken - the popup is showing all the time.
