Pop ups not triggering 1Password

I am using VueScan software. When I first register it or after reintalling it, a popup box appears with 3 fields, email address, Software serial number and customer number. This pop up box doesn't ...

Thank you for your reply. I appreciate the additional details. The 1Password browser extension cannot suggest your Login items for software installed on your Windows computer. I recommend opening https://support.1password.com/quick-access/ from the 1Password desktop app to copy and paste the details into the fields for the VueScan software.

As for the Netgear router, is this a program installed on your computer or logging into your router via Edge?
