Quick Access window not opening

Using the menu bar access to Quick Access window it is no longer opening on selection or key command. I am using the nightly build with version noted below. I have restarted the app and the machine with no improvement. The password alert opens but nothing happens after password is given.

1Password Version: 8.5 80500076
Extension Version: 2.1.4
OS Version: 12.1

    I was able to solve this by un-installing and re-installing the app and all is now well
