Relate Items: search doesn't support partial matching

in the Relate Items popup window, the search input doesn't support partial matching as the top search bar does, which makes searching miserable. Seems it only supports "startWith", with "contains" fu...

Well, that's weird. In my testing, it's the opposite.

I cleared all the cache using CleanMyMac, logged in again, and did the testing.

conclusion: the top bar works fine for me, while Relate items search bar doesn't.

Test Version: 1Password 8.7.0-9.NIGHTLY
Test OS: macOS Monterey 12.3
