Remove all Japanese translations in the current 1Password product.

もし検討されるなら、次のことを要望したいです：
- 翻訳対象となる文字列リソースは共通化して、プラットフォームやバージョンなどの異なる実装の間でも同じ翻訳になるようにしてください。
- 製品としての翻訳の正しさや品質は、人間が判断するようにしてください。
