This will be visible when you're testing search next week as you'll find that the Documents will appear in Quick Search but you'll need to expand the search to all matching items to find the attachments. This is because we need to further decrypt items to see their attachments (we need to decrypt the overview for Documents as well, but we purposely keep that small for performance).
Expand all should not be problem. That's what most do anyways to find the details
