I'm sorry that you're experiencing trouble with 1Password for Safari. In order to best assist you, can you reproduce the behaviour on your device and send over some diagnostics, so that we can take a closer look:
- How to send a 1Password diagnostics report - 1Password for Mac (desktop app)
- Save a console log for 1Password in your Safari browser
Please attach the files to an email message addressed to support+forum@1password.com
