Searching All Fields

I've imported from another password manager and it correctly imported all the fields including notes. However when searching via the browser extension, it does not appear to search all fields. I.e. I have DNS in the notes field but the entry is not found unless I search by name. I don't see any such option in the settings. Is this by design??
