shortcut doesn't work on 1p ff plugin beta 8.10.44.21 on ff 130 on mac

i just got it to happen, again. and then i managed to get it to unhappen:
* shortcut did not work in any browser. quitting and reloading did not fix.
* switched to 1P
* shortcut started working
diagnostic sent to address, above.
