Is there a preferred way of reporting such issues, other than opening a new ticket?

I have done some testing on this website and you're right, 1Password is not recognising the login fields. I have filed an issue with our development team to see if we can improve the behaviour in a future update.

In the meantime, I suggest either drag and dropping your credentials to the fields or using copy and paste.
