Some URLs won't open & fill

For my Comcast account, I have 4 websites that I use to pick a specific section of the website that I want to navigate to. The last one here won't open a web page. The other three work ...

I was able to reproduce this using the exact URL you provided. If I remove the #usage portion it works as I would expect. Though I do not have an account to fully test with. May I ask you to clarify that the URL is correct? Knowing you I'm sure it is, but best to check.
